PROS

First of all, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous and I love that the lid is magnetic so it just snaps back into place. It comes with a great duo ended brush one for blending and one for applications and is actually of great quality. The range of shades is down my alley – there’s not one I won’t be using. Although the shadows may not look as pigmented on my hand in the photo above, they were much more pigmented on the lids even the lighter colours, however I do recommend wearing them with a primer for greater colour pay off. They are super easy to blend and glide on smoothly over the lids – does not appear patchy. The wear is awesome and doesn’t budge at all throughout the day, however if you do have super oily lids I’d suggest a primer.

  • Packaging
  • Comes with a duo ended brush
  • High pigmentation
  • Easy to blend and apply
  • Beautiful range of shades
  • Doesn’t appear patchy
  • Long lasting even in humid weather

CONS

This was a minor problem for me, as I have semi-monolids I found that the shadow did crease a tiny little bit where my lid forms, although this was only visible if I closed my eyes and stared super close at my lids through a mirror. Other than that they looked perfectly fine and lasted all day (even without a primer), needless to say I was super impressed.

  • Did crease a little

This eyeshadow palette is available on the Blinc Cosmetics website for $69.95.

BLINC EYESHADOW PRIMER

2015-11-20 13.16.42

It claims:

Our Fountain of Youthful Color® Eye Shadow Primer allows you to have crease-free shadow all day, while providing your skin with anti-aging benefits at the same time.

Apply a small amount (a little goes a long way!) and spread evenly on lid with a brush or your fingertip. Our primer for eye shadow offers full coverage by concealing and filling existing fine lines, eliminating redness and providing a smooth lid. Then, any powder shadow can be applied for color that won’t crease, fade, smudge or run, even if you sweat or wear it in harsh weather conditions! At the end of the day, blinc’s primer for eye shadow is easily removed, only when you are ready, with any gentle makeup remover. It’s better than waterproof!

In addition to superior hold, blinc’s primer for eye shadow contains anti-aging ingredients that clinical studies have shown to decrease fine lines after just six weeks by 67% and increase skin’s moisture after just one week by 53%.

If you’re looking for the route to flawless, crease-free eye shadow, try our Fountain of Youthful Color® primer for eye shadow. You’ll be amazed!

I found this primer worked perfectly in conjunction with the eyeshadow palette above. It is a flesh coloured primer which is nice and I found it helped the eyeshadows appear more vibrant and bright. Once applied, my eyeshadow did not crease throughout the day or anything which was awesome. A great primer if you ask me!

This eyeshadow primer is available on the Blinc Cosmetics website for $35.95.

Thanks for reading guys and I hope you enjoyed!
