Review: Schwarzkopf Miracle Oil Mist (Fine Hair) Review

Hi guys!

Today I’m going to be reviewing the Schwarzkopf Miracle Oil (Fine Hair) Review. It’s the first time I’ve seen a product like this (not sure if I’ve been living under a rock) but was really intrigued by it. It’s basically an oil treatment for your hair in a form of a spray. If you’d like to know what I thought please keep reading!

mist

It claims:

Without weighing the hair down, this rich blend gives a boost of opulent shine to dull, dry hair and repairs and strengthens weak and fine hair types. The salon professional formula is Silicone free and utilises Micro Emulsion Oil Technology for caressable softness and fascinating suppleness.

Pros

First of all I love hair treatments that you can just leave in, because I am really too lazy to use wash out ones! The product comes in gorgeous glass packaging which makes it look and feel very luxurious. I LOVE the smell of this product, if you have a chance you should spray a tester and smell it, I highly recommend doing that (lol). The mist when sprayed onto your hair is very fine and it doesn’t weigh down your hair at all like normal oils would, hence is perfect for use in the mornings as well – the scent lingers which is amazing, to be honest the scent smells as good as a perfume. I found that it still makes your hair look somewhat ‘damp’ for the first half an hour, after that it’s fine and fully absorbed. It makes my hair feel super soft and not oily at all. I’ve noticed my hair looking considerably more healthy and definitely much smoother (FYI I have bleached and dyed hair). This product also comes with a formulation for normal-thick hair.

  • Leave in treatment
  • Smells amazing
  • Easy to use
  • Gorgeous packaging
  • Doesn’t weight down hair like normal oils
  • Made my hair feel healthier and smoother
  • Formulation available for fine-normal hair and normal-thick hair

Cons

Since it is in glass packaging it is obviously not really the best for travel. As stated above the product does leave your hair looking ‘damp’ for about half an hour, which means you should apply it either an hour before you go out or the night before.

  • Not travel friendly
  • Leaves hair looking ‘damp’ for about half an hour after use

The Miracle Oil Mist is available for $39.95 in any salon that stocks Schwarzkopf products, a list is available (here) of some stockists in Sydney.

Hope you guys enjoyed my review and let me know your thoughts on it/your favourite hair care item!

Check my “About” if you’d like to know details about my age group, skin type, etc which could help you gauge the effectiveness of this product on your own skin.
