Review: SPOT MEDIC Individual Adhesive Hydrocolloid Masks For Pimples

Hi guys!

This is a super exciting review because the product itself is a MASK for your PIMPLES! How bizarre! I’d never even think these would have existed and was really keen to give them a go.

How the pimple masks look.

PROS

First of all how cute is the vibrant, cartoonish packaging! The product is cruelty free which some of you may look for in a product. At first I was concerned whether or not the masks would be able to adhere to my face through the whole night since I do toss and turn a little, they stayed put and didn’t move at all! I also liked that when IΒ removed them it didn’t hurt at all/didn’t tug at my skin. I tried the masks on a huge pimple, the ones that hurt when you touch them (ugh) and it didn’t get rid of it completely but did reduce the size of it the next morning. On a medium sized pimple which popped up it reduced the size by half and you can barely see it on my face anymore. As for a small pimple I used it on it has gone down almost completely. I also love that these masks prevent you from constantly touching your pimples or being tempted to pop them because it basically acts as a barrier between your hand and your pimple (haha), so it’s very hygienic. The product caused no irritation or reactions whatsoever.

  • Cruelty free
  • Innovative product
  • Stays on pimple overnight
  • Doesn’t hurt when removing
  • Does reduce pimple size quite a lot but not completely
  • Hygienic
  • Not irritating

These Spot Medic Pimple Masks are available for $9.99 at Priceline or for $14.95 on the Spot Medic website.

Hope you guys enjoyed my review and let me know if you’d be interested in trying these out – not to mention they would also be a great gift!
