Today I’ve got a review for y’all on the new Rimmel Colour Precise Eyeliner. As you may know, eyeliner is my no.1 makeup essential and I’m always on the look out for great new ones. It can be hard to find a good one since I have semi-monolided eyes which are quite oily, meaning the liner always smudges on me.
