Hello guys!
It’s been awhile since I’ve done a “trend” post so I have got one here for you today. This trend seems to have been popular last year and is coming back again this year, especially for spring. I’ve got some photos of fringe clothing and accessories (bags) to show you guys and hopefully give you some inspiration for the next time you go shopping! My opinion on this trend initially was “eh” but as I keep seeing people sporting it, I think it actually look quite cute with the exception of some cardigans and kimonos with the fringe on them… they sometimes look like rugs to me! I’m not too fond on how they look on bags either – I’d prefer a different style – however I love how they look on bikinis, scarfs and some tops.
What are your thoughts on this trend? Leave a comment/vote down below!

Did fringe ever go out of style? 😀 I’m from Calgary, Alberta so if you don’t wear fringe at least once a year, you probably didn’t go to Stampede! 🙂 I really love the western look of all the pieces you showed!

Nope – I feel as if this trend has been going on for ages now so I had to make a post about it sooner than later hehe ;). Thanks! ❤ xx

Ugh I hate fringe. Always have. I never understood why this keeps coming in style every 10-15 years or so. To me it just looks weird and it looks like it would tickle the crap out of wherever the fringe is touching bare skin. Totally not for me at all.

Hahahah I can totally imagine it being ticklish and annoying if you have too much on your top. I haven’t been fond on it previously, but now it’s growing on me – depends on the design of the item though! xxx

I was a teenager in the seventies, so the whole boho vibe has a magnetic pull for me. I love a bag with a fringe!

I like the fringe style…….sometimes. It depends where on clothing and if it’s an accessory, it’s fine for me. I like the fringe on a backpack like the one above. On clothes, I don’t mind it on the bottom of the shirt or singlet or on the arm area. Too much of it is a no no for me!

Yeah this one really depends for me too, however it is growing on me haha! I agree, if there’s too much of it it looks overdone and unaesthetic ><. Xx

Ammmmyyyyyy! I absolutely LOVE this trend and am currently obsessed with it! Although, I only own a few pieces…they are pretty amazing and versatile garments! I do agree with you on some points for sure as it can look a bit off and over-done; the bags and jackets specifically!

I love this trend as long as its tasteful and decently made. Then it looks wild and beautiful. 💞
