“Silver Hair” Trend?!

Hey everyone!

So I’ve got another recent trend for you all which is silver coloured hair (often with a purple undertone, as seen in most of the pictures below)! Now I think this trend is quite controversial and depends on your personal taste immensely. Personally, I don’t really like this look as it does remind me a bit of grandma hair, however it looks quite good on some people such as Eugenie.

Would you ever be bold enough to sport this look or do you just plain dislike it? I can’t imagine myself ever dying my hair this colour, I mean, I could just wait till I’m a grandma, haha. If not this colour, would you ever bleach it light blonde? I think that looks much better. Any who, if you’re brave enough to try this out it may pay off & could possibly look stunning!   6. I just can’t like this no matter how much I want to. I have a friend in Manhattan that did this 3 years ago and to say I was shocked is an understatement. Lol. Not to mention it’s a probably a triple process to correct when the trend is gone. Don’t get me wrong, I think it looks great on on some women just not me.

    Cute blog! Thanks for stopping by to like mine! Seriously, I had dark brown hair until the grey started in, and over the years I spent major bucks on salon treatment, ending up a blonde with platinum highlights. I decided to let that all grow out and I’m so glad I did!

  10. I am 19 and some of my hairs are silver. But overall my hairs look dark brown. Whenever I see such a post, I consider myself with white hairs 😦 Only God can save me from this problem. I am just sharing my thoughts as you asked 😀

  12. I am planning to do silver hair for about 2 months now. I was thinking the same about grey hair ‘that it reminds me of grandma hair’ but I am bored of my blond now and I need a big change in my hair.

  21. I actually love this look. When I was a bit younger, I actually wanted to dye my hair grey. Sadly, it wasn’t in fashion then and now I’m afraid I’d look prematurely grey instead of rocking this look like an early 20-something does. But I say: GO FOR IT!!
